Terms & Conditions

For your booking/stay in our villa

The following terms & conditions apply to your reservation and/or stay at the Villa Rodon:

Check in: after 15:00 & Check out: before 11:00

The price includes:

Change of sheets and towels once a week.
Pool and yard cleaning twice a week.
Cost of electricity.

Cancellation Policy:

25% of the rental price is given as a deposit to confirm your reservation and is not refundable beyond 48 hours
90% of the rental price is non-refundable if the cancellation is made 27 days before arrival.

Guarantee: €100 are paid in cash on spot on the day of your arrival as caution and is refunded on the day of your departure when the keys are returned.

Pets are not allowed.
It is entirely your responsibility to supervise children when using the pool and playground.
There is no lifeguard on duty.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during your stay.
The owners are not responsible for damage or theft of customers’ belongings left at home.

Πολιτική ακύρωσης:

Το 25% της τιμής ενοικίασης δίνεται ως προκαταβολή για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησής σας και δεν επιστρέφεται πέραν των 48 ωρών.
Το 90% της τιμής ενοικίασης δεν επιστρέφεται εάν η ακύρωση γίνει 27 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη.
